We affirm that this organizational purpose is accomplished through empowering faith-based nonprofits with the knowledge and skills needed to secure grant funding for their impactful community ministries, programs, and projects. Through our expert education, personalized consultation and technical services, we ensure your church or faith-based organization's grant writing success and lasting positive impact on your community.
FOUNDATION
Exousia was founded by husband and wife duo, Kevin and Dani Arthur, in 2020 on the premise of a simple, yet profound, desire to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and to see lives changed and communities strengthened.
After 40 years of ministry and non-profit administration, as well as public and private education experience, they understand that finances play a critical role in allowing church congregations to increase the reach, scope and impact of life-altering programs and projects offered to their communities.
Too often, churches have been built on fundraisers, from car washes, bake sales, to rummage sales. How many church buildings and projects have been funded by making and selling peanut brittle? These fundraisers consume time and energy, reducing a church’s ability to simply focus on reaching their individual communities with the gospel.
Yet, finances are not lacking!

God’s Word states that if we give, it would be given back to us in good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. The second portion of this scripture proclaims “shall men give into your bosom” (Luke 6:38).

KEVIN AND DANI ARTHUR
Co-founders

In the last 7 years of pastoring Oak Park Pentecostals in Richmond, IN, the Arthurs have accrued vast amounts of knowledge in fundraising and grant acquisition. Through grants received for their church, they have gained new insight into the principle that men would give (Luke 6:38) to support their faith-based programs that positively affect change in their community.
EMPOWERED YOUTH
EXPERIENCE
Dani Arthur has successfully won $2 million in grant funding to support Oak Park Pentecostals’ community-based programs. Grant funding, from state governmental agencies and local community foundations, has supported the church’s childcare program, youth program, food pantry, mental health project, outdoor community fitness park and playground, and indoor community sports facility.
Through grant funding, our church has successfully extended its reach and impact within Richmond, IN. Our programs reach more individuals of all ages!
This is discipleship reimagined!
Kevin and Dani are excited to share their knowledge and experience with other faith-based nonprofits and church ministerial leaders.
