Who Is Eligible?

To apply, your organization must:

Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit located in the U.S.
Offer free or low-cost programming that’s open to the public
Have a non-discrimination statement adopted by your board
NOT require religious participation to receive services

Although all U.S.-based nonprofits are welcome to apply, priority is given to organizations in or near Maryland, Pennsylvania, DC, Virginia, and West Virginia—particularly in counties where the Foundation is most active.
